Sterling Solitaire, Bangalore : Apartments : Completed Projects
Designed as a standalone apartment the building stand on the site of square feet. It comprises of basement and six floors above it. The south-east corner of the building has a double heighted entry that opens into a central atrium and court yard from where one takes the stairs or the elevator to reach the apartments on the upper floors. The apartments are in two and three bedroom configurations. The top most floor consists of duplex pent houses. The massive sloped roof that covers the pent houses is pitched with Mangalore tiles. The cut out balconies provided on the sloped roof provide a relief to the sloped surface.
Terracotta tiles are used in the selected areas on external facade. The four corners of the building have doubled highlighted garden space. The balconies are provided with hand rails made out of timber.
